Samantha Liew

Samantha Liew is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Principal Commercial Counsel - Supply and Properties at Agoda since February 2023. Prior to this role, Samantha worked as APAC Legal Counsel at Taboola, leading legal support for various Asia-Pacific markets and negotiating a multitude of AdTech and digital media commercial transactions. As a Senior Associate at Pisut & Partners, management of legal projects and junior lawyers was a key responsibility, alongside B2B and B2C commercial contract reviews. Earlier experience includes advising on M&A transactions and project financings as a Senior Associate at LHAG, and involvement in trial preparation and legal research in earlier roles. Samantha completed the Bar Professional Training Course at BPP University and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leeds.
