Andrea Sáez Borderías

Andrea Sáez Borderías has over 15 years of experience in the life sciences industry. From 2005 to 2009, they were a Predoctoral Researcher in Immunology at Pompeu Fabra University. From 2009 to 2010, they were an External Scientific Advisor and Medical Writer at SALUTIS-RESEARCH CRO. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Manager at Asphalion, S.L. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Director of the Drug Development Unit and Director of Preclinical Development & Regulatory Affairs at Pangaea Oncology. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Drug Development Director at Senolytic Therapeutics. From 2018 to 2020, they were an Associate and then Senior Associate at Asabys Partners. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Board Observer at ONA Therapeutics. From 2020 to 2022, they were COO/CSO and then CSO at Origo Biopharma. Andrea is currently the Head of Portfolio Management at Agomab Therapeutics.

Andrea Sáez Borderías began their educational career in 1999 when they obtained a Licenciada from the Universitat de Barcelona in Bioquímica. From 2004 to 2009, they obtained a PhD Biomedicine from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Immunology. In 2000, Andrea obtained a Certificate of Advanced English from the University of Cambridge. Finally, in 2011-2012, Andrea obtained a Master in Biotechnology Management from IE Business School.
