Neal Mumford is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in the rail industry. Currently serving as Director of Civil Engineering at SYSTRA ANZ since May 2023 and Senior Consultant at Agonis Group since September 2022, Mumford previously held key positions at Queensland Rail as Operational Director and Program Director ETCS from April 2019 to January 2022. A long tenure at Arup from July 1984 to March 2019 included roles as Rail Leader Australasia and Rail Business Leader, focusing on business growth and client relations. Mumford holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from Coventry University, completed in 1984, and O Levels from Higham Lane Nuneaton.
