Sharon Mancero

Sharon Mancero is the Company Owner of M2 Advisory Group, LLC, established in January 2025, which provides consulting services to consumer finance companies and supports global trade by exporting high-quality floral and beef products. Concurrently, Sharon serves as the Managing Director at Agora Data, Inc. since March 2024, leading strategic initiatives in auto finance solutions and enhancing portfolio performance for small to mid-sized institutions. Prior to this role, Sharon held various leadership positions at Wells Fargo from September 1992 to March 2024, ultimately serving as Managing Director and Head of Financial Institutional Partnerships, focusing on asset-backed securitization and lending. Sharon began their career as Regional Manager at Eaton Financial Leasing from 1987 to 1992. Sharon Mancero holds a BS in Business and Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management.
