Anu Singh

Anu Singh leads the firm’s Partnerships, Mergers, and Acquisitions practice, with nearly 30 years of experience as a trusted advisor to top executives and boards nationwide. He has worked on more than 500 different engagements for a broad range of organizations.

Anu currently leads the evaluating of strategic growth and advancement projects for his client. His role often includes the screening, evaluation structuring, negotiation, and execution of various collaboration, affiliation and partnership models for mission-based organizations. Additionally, he has significant experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other forms of change of control transactions. His client base also includes assisting capital providers, lenders and other similar constituents.

Known for his deep expertise in healthcare M&A trends, Anu is a regular speaker at industry events and has authored numerous articles and white papers. He is routinely quoted in national media and industry publications. Anu received his M.B.A. from Northwestern University and holds or has held the CPA, CFA, CTP, CIRA, and CDBV certifications.
