Agora Energiewende
Long Nguyen is a technical manager at Agora Energiewende, where responsibilities include managing the development and implementation of energy data and modelling infrastructure to support research and policy recommendations related to energy and climate change. Prior experience includes roles as an analyst and intern at Agora Energiewende, leading a pre-feasibility study on sustainable heating technologies at Europa-Universität Flensburg, and facilitating a scoping mission for USAID to assess natural gas's role in Vietnam's Power Development Plan. Long Nguyen also served as a research coordinator and renewable energy specialist at GREEN IN Vietnam and held various positions, including project officer and technical assistant, throughout earlier career stages. Long Nguyen holds a Master of Engineering in Energy and Environmental Management from Europa-Universität Flensburg and a Bachelor of Science in Renewable Energy from the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi.
