Ramana Kaps possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and information technology, currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer and Head of IT Ops at Agora since July 2025. Prior roles include Head of Cyber Risk Strategy & Operations at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco from April 2023 to June 2025, and Head of Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Technology Solutions at Anaplan from January 2019 to April 2023. Ramana Kaps has a significant background at Cisco, where responsibilities included Cyber Security & Privacy Officer and Senior Manager/Product Manager for IT Compliance and Security, spanning an eleven-year period. Earlier experience as a Cyber Security Specialist at Webex/Cisco from December 2003 to January 2010 complements this breadth of expertise. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering/MIS and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University and Osmania University, respectively.
