Vivi Yang (Yang Yuan)

Vivi Yang (Yang Yuan) has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry.

Vivi started their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2015 as a Software Developer, where they contributed to building UCMDB Docker image and collaborated with the team to clarify related documents. Vivi also worked as a Technical Consultant, supporting big deal support and assisting sales and pre-sales in the PoC/PoV process.

In 2017, Vivi joined Micro Focus (formerly HP / Hewlett Packard Enterprise) as a Technical Consultant, and then transitioned to Microsoft as a Technical Support Engineer for the Software Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). In this role, they provided technical support to enterprise customers, resolving over 100 requests by understanding their IT asset structures.

Most recently, Vivi worked at Agora as a Customer Solutions Architect and Data Analyst. As a Customer Solutions Architect, they used Agora's platform products and audio/video related technology to create customized solutions for customer requests. As a Data Analyst, they evaluated and built the online education and pan-entertainment industries customer's status monitor and management dashboard and system, as well as developed rules to filter potential and existing customers.

Overall, Vivi has demonstrated their technical expertise and ability to understand and solve customer needs throughout their career.

Vivi Yang (Yang Yuan) holds a Master's degree in Energy Engineering from The University of Hong Kong, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Harbin Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Vivi has obtained several certifications. In September 2016, they became an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer. Subsequently, in September 2018, they passed Exam 761: Querying Data with Transact-SQL offered by Microsoft. In December 2019, they achieved Certifications in Exam 703: Administering System Center Configuration Manager and Cloud Services Integration, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, and Project Management Professional (PMP) which was granted by the Project Management Institute.
