Yuan Tina

Yuan Tina has extensive experience in project management and technical documentation, currently serving as the PMO Lead and Technical Documentation Lead at Agora.io since April 2016. Prior to this role, Yuan was the China DITA Migration Project Leader at Sigma Technology AB from December 2011 to April 2016, where responsibilities included enhancing DITA methodologies for technical writers in China. Additionally, Yuan has experience as a Documentation Project Manager and Senior Technical Writer for Ericsson and previously worked at Microsoft as a Training Materials Leader and Customer Service Representative. Yuan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Hunan Normal University.
