Agora Now is a global network for artistic and social transformation.

Founded in 2021, back then Agora Now set out a vision that preconfigured an alternative model and school of thought to support artist development and experiment in the performing arts, and by doing so, address the polycrisis of social, economic and civic challenges we face.

Our vision is even more urgently needed in 2026.
> Artists must be resourced to grapple with the most complex challenges
> Communities need spaces for hope and radical imagination
> The field needs new infrastructure, not piecemeal fixes

Our achievements include
+ Pilot hub in Rotterdam and second in Buenos Aires
+ First steps developing a third hub in East Anglia along the coastline
+ International recognition: unanimously awarded the commission for European Pavilion 2024 with Liquid Becomings
+ 53 residencies realised for artists of 19 nationalities
+ 20+ artist commissions
+ 100% fair pay for every artist, collaborator and freelancer engaged
+ 1,15 million people reached digitally and live
+ Collaborations with almost 50 civic, cultural and community organisations
+ 3 awards won
+ Body of knowledge, practice and research, and partnerships forming to evidence the work over time

We have done this with no structural funding and no paid staff.

We are now at an inflection point. Agora Now has proven its model. Demand is growing. The world's need is accelerating.

We actively seek partners to join us. Imagine what we could catalyse with real support.
