María Denise Duarte Noguera is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Chief Partnerships and Initiatives Officer at Agora Partnerships since October 2013. In this role, María is leading the development of initiatives in Nicaragua, focusing on capacity building and financing for women-led SMEs, aiming to provide up to US$ 1 million in capital. Additionally, María coordinates a crowdfunding initiative on the Kiva platform, successfully disbursing USD 90,000 to entrepreneurs in Colombia and Perú. Formerly, María held positions as Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both Nicaragua and Panama, where skills in audit procedures and client management were demonstrated. Educational background includes an MBA from Hult International Business School and a BS in Accounting, Marketing, and Management from the University of the Ozarks.
