Natalie Lomakina

Lead Designer at AGORA

Natalie Lomakina has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and UI/UX design, starting from 2015. Natalie worked as a Lead Designer for AGORA from February 2022 onwards, leading and handling strategically significant projects and workstreams. Natalie also coached and mentored other team members to ensure high-quality design assets and research across projects.

Prior to this, Natalie was the Head of Product Design at High Tech Engineering from June 2021 to February 2022, where they led the design for HTE products and contributed to the future vision of the company.

From August 2020 to June 2021, Natalie worked as a Senior Product Designer at Arrival, where they designed the E-comm Arrival platform and conducted research for reaching complex company goals.

Natalie also gained experience as a Product Designer at Bank Soft System from July 2019 to August 2020, where they were responsible for end-to-end product design and showcased a product at a global FinTech exhibition.

Before that, Natalie worked as a Product Designer at JTC from December 2018 to July 2019, where they designed a successful platform for a startup company, and as a UX|UI Designer at Touch Brand from May 2018 to December 2018, where they created websites for high-profile clients and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams.

Their earlier experiences as a UX|UI Designer at Web studio Premium and as a Freelance UX|UI Designer provided their with end-to-end design experience, interface animation skills, and the ability to work with large teams and clients on multiple platforms.

Natalie began their career as a Web Designer at IT Rebus from April 2015 to July 2016.

Natalie Lomakina pursued a Bachelor's degree in Digital Product Design from the British Higher School of Art & Design from the year 2019 to 2020.
