Rebeca Aquino Pangan

Rebeca Aquino Pangan, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Accounting, Global at Agorize since August 2019, where responsibilities include guiding financial management across APAC entities, implementing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements. Prior to this role, Rebeca was the Accounting & People OPS Manager at ICON Projects Limited in Macau from April 2015 to May 2019, fulfilling financial controller duties when needed and overseeing payment processes. Early career includes positions as Project Accountant and Junior Accountant at the University of Macau, where Rebeca also excelled as President of the English Debating Society. Rebeca holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Macau and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management and Marketing from the University of Saint Joseph.
