Juan Carlos González

Juan Carlos González started working in 2005 as a Technician Assistant for Segunda Sánchez, where they were responsible for maintenance, services, and delivery of second-hand appliances. Juan Carlos then worked as a Telemarketing Intern for CETYS Universidad in 2011, with duties such as telemarketing and database support. In 2013, they were a SMT Project Engineer/Production Supervisor at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. where they administered projects, developed cost-saving and six sigma projects, and was responsible for the correct follow-up of workers' ideas and initiatives. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Chromalloy as a Senior, Global SIOP/BP Analyst and a Business Analyst, gathering, sanitizing and validating data to support the best demand forecasts possible, and heading count analyses based on demand, forecast, equipment capacity, and run rate. Lastly, in 2022 they will take on the role of SIOP Manager at AGORUS, where they will create the information flow process that will pull data from sales, compare to supply ability, and verify the production process is capable of delivering on time and cost the customer requirements.

Juan Carlos González currently is enrolled in a Master of Business Administration - MBA Program at the Universidad Tecmilenio and is expected to complete the program in 2022. Juan Carlos obtained their Industrial Engineer Degree from CETYS Universidad in 2015 with a field of study in Strategic Management of the Manufacturing. Additionally, Juan Carlos González has obtained a certification in Metodología Básica para la Administración de Proyectos.... from It Institute in May of 2022 and is in pursuit of a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate SFPC from CertiProf.
