Will McColl

Will McColl has been working since 2010, when they joined Tesla as a Manufacturing Engineer. In 2018, they became the Owner of WaveForm Design. In 2020, they became Co-Founder of Periscope Homes. Most recently, they joined AGORUS in 2022 as an Automation. Will has also held leadership roles at Tesla, including roles as Sr. Manager, Equipment Engineering & Automation and Manager, Equipment Engineering. During their tenure at Tesla, they led an in-house automation team for Manufacturing Engineering, with a focus on controls software+data, robotics, and automation technologies for custom machines.

Will McColl attended Stanford University and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering.
