Rajesh Gathala

Rajesh Gathala is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Board Member at AMPYR Energy USA and as both Board Director and Chief Executive Officer at Ampyr Solar Europe since early 2021. Gathala co-founded and is a Partner at AGP Sustainable Real Assets, and previously held the position of Country Head for India at Equis Energy from 2013 to 2018. Additional experience includes founding and leading Energon Power Resources, serving as Executive Director at Realterm Everstone, and working in real estate banking and credit analysis at Goldman Sachs International. Gathala's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with Honors from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, along with a CFA designation.
