Melissa Plant serves as the Project Services and HR Manager at AGR since November 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Administration Manager at Add Energy from February 2007 to November 2023, providing technical support to the well services team in the drilling and completions department. Responsibilities included coordinating travel, crew scheduling, equipment management, and administrative support. Earlier experience at Hardman Resources Ltd. from July 2001 to January 2007 involved progressing from Receptionist to Personal Assistant, managing diverse administrative tasks for multi-disciplinary projects. Melissa holds a Diploma of Human Resources Management and a Diploma of Business from Open Colleges, along with a Certificate III in Business (Administration) from Olympia Business College.
