Sudha Jebadurai

Sudha Jebadurai has over 25 years of international industry experience, with a focus on Sales, Operations, and New Product Development. Sudha currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at AGR International Inc. In this role, Sudha is responsible for the profit and loss of the company and possesses key skills in areas such as vision and strategy, budget management, and leadership. Prior to their current position, Sudha held roles such as Director of Operations, Manager of Engineering Projects, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager at AGR. Sudha also has experience as a Software Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer. Before joining AGR, Sudha worked as a Software Engineer at Ramco Systems in Chennai, India.

Sudha Jebadurai has a diverse education history that spans several years. Sudha obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Ohio State University in 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Pondicherry Engineering College from 1992 to 1996. Sudha also attended Immaculate Heart of Marys Higher Secondary School from 1990 to 1992 for their High School education. Additionally, they completed their primary education at St. Joseph of Cluny, where they obtained their 10th-grade degree from 1978 to 1990.

In addition to their formal education, Sudha has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Sudha also acquired the Introduction to Generative AI certification from Google Cloud Skills Boost in July 2023. Furthermore, Sudha obtained the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from the Bloomberg Institute in March 2019.
