Charles Becks

Charles Becks serves as the President and CEO of Agrana Fruit NA at AGRANA Group since May 2023, following a tenure as EVP and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Fresh From Texas from April 2019 to May 2023. Previous experience includes various roles at TreeHouse Foods from 2010 to 2018, notably as VP and General Manager for Snack Bars, Soup and Infant Feeding, and ST Specialty Foods, where significant achievements included doubling granola bar gross margins and sustaining double-digit sales growth. Earlier positions held include Director of Procurement at Ingredion Incorporated, optimizing a $400 million budget, and multiple roles at Unilever, culminating in the position of Global Strategic Purchasing Manager. Charles Becks holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Logistics and Computer Information Systems from The Ohio State University.
