Jim Despoy has over 30 years of experience in project management and sales within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently, Jim serves as the Manager of the Project Management Office at Agrati Group, a position held since January 2021, and previously worked as a Project Engineer. Prior to this, Jim spent nearly two decades at Schaeffler, where roles included Key Account Manager and Transmission Sales Manager, leading sales initiatives for Transmission and Hybrid technologies, particularly for major OEMs such as FCA and Ford. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Sales Engineer at PennTecQ and as a Sales Project Manager at Werner Co., where innovative sales systems and processes were developed. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University, earned in 1992.
