Karolina Lutrzykowska

Karolina Lutrzykowska is an accomplished Acquisitions Analyst at Agree Realty Corporation since August 2022. As the Founder and Co-President of Women in Real Estate at the University of Michigan, Karolina has successfully launched a student organization focused on empowering women and gender minorities in Real Estate, recruiting over 50 members and fostering communication with key stakeholders. In addition to experience as a Sales Associate at CRE PRO Course, where Karolina designed impactful pitch decks that generated significant revenue, prior experience as an Associate Investment Advisor at Encore Real Estate Investment Services involved launching extensive email marketing campaigns and streamlining sales processes, resulting in the acquisition of over $20MM in assets. Karolina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies & Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan, completed in 2022, and graduated from Utica Academy for International Studies in 2018.
