Mike Hollman

Mr. Hollman joined Agree Realty’s Board of Directors in 2020 and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Hilton, Inc. (NYSE: HLT). In this role, Mr. Hollman oversees multiple functions including Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy, M&A and Global Treasury teams. Prior to Hilton, Mr. Hollman held multiple roles in investment banking and management consulting at Citigroup, UBS and Kurt Salmon Associates.

Mr. Hollman received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his M.B.A. from The Columbia Business School.
