Peter Coughenour

Peter joined the Company in December of 2015 and was recently named interim Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for corporate-level forecasting and analytics as well as facilitating capital markets activities and initiatives. Peter is a member of ADC’s Steering Committee.

Prior to joining Agree, Peter worked at CBRE as a Research Analyst for their Acquisitions and Investment team.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
