Haley Trumpy

Haley Trumpy currently serves as Trait Integration Manager at AgReliant Genetics, LLC, a position held since September 2020. Prior experience includes various roles at Syngenta from January 2011 to September 2020, where responsibilities ranged from Breeding Project Lead for Watermelon and Peppers to Research Associate roles focused on trait introgression and event selection. Key contributions involved phenotypic selections, parental line evaluations, and interactions with growers to align product offerings with market needs. Haley began a career in plant breeding with internships at Syngenta during 2009-2010 and holds a PhD in Plant Breeding from Iowa State University, along with a BS in Ornamental Horticulture from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
