Steve Smith

Steve Smith has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Steve is currently the Human Resources Director at AgReserves, Inc. Prior to this, they were the Director of Employee Relations and HR Director at Daily's Premium Meats, where they focused on aligning practices and strategy across multiple locations and improving organizational design, employee morale, and performance. Steve also served as an HR Manager at Treehousefoods, overseeing strategic direction and employee development for two manufacturing facilities and a distribution center. Before that, they were an HR Manager at Pliant, where they designed and integrated a business/HR system. Steve started their career as a Study Director at Nelson Laboratories, Inc., where they established an employee suggestion committee and supervised and trained employees.

Steve Smith attended Brigham Young University from 1997 to 1999 where they obtained a Master of Organizational Behavior degree with a field of study in Organizational Behavior/HR. Prior to their time at Brigham Young University, they attended Viewmont High School from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate.
