Tina Maloney

Tina Maloney, CPA, CMA, CGMA, MBA, has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Tina currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Agri-Genesis. Prior to this, Tina worked as a Finance & Strategy Consultant, providing consulting services in the finance field. Tina also held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Lowell Farms Inc., a cannabis consumer packaged goods company. Tina has also worked as the Chief Accounting Officer at Amyris and as the Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer at CooperCompanies, a global medical device company. Earlier in their career, they served as Controller at Invivo Corporation and as Director of Corporate Accounting and Assistant Corporate Controller at Sola International, Inc. Tina has also gained experience as an Adjunct Professor at William Woods University and as a VP Finance at PPI and IESL, Inc.

Tina Maloney, CPA, CMA, CGMA, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from William Woods University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, and Management from Columbia College. Tina has also obtained additional certifications including Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of California, and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
