Rune Hjortbak

Rune Hjortbak has extensive experience in agricultural consultation and environmental advisory roles. Since June 2004, Rune has been employed at Agri Nord, serving as an Udtagningskonsulent, Oplandskonsulent, and Environmental Advisor. Prior experience includes a position as Miljøkonsulent at Aalborg Amts Landboforening from January 2003 to May 2004, focusing on the preparation of VVM screenings and reports for livestock farm expansions. Additionally, Rune worked as an Uddannelsesvejleder at Den Kongelige Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole's study guidance department from 1999 to 2001. Rune holds a Cand. agro. degree in Agricultural Science from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole, completed between 1995 and 2002, and studied at DTU - Technical University of Denmark from 1994 to 1995. Education began at Hobro Gymnasium, where Rune graduated as a Matematisk student in 1994.
