Terri Savage is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll and human resources information systems (HRIS) management. Currently serving as the Payroll/HRIS Manager at Agri-Service LLC since January 2022, Terri previously held multiple roles at Idaho Youth Ranch, including Human Resources Generalist and HR Specialist, from March 2013 to January 2022. Prior experience includes a temporary role as an HRIS Analyst at Quicken Loans in 2012, focusing on maintaining HRIS system data, and a long tenure at Panhandle State Bank from March 2004 to June 2012 as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included administering the Applicant Tracking System, staffing and onboarding, policy and procedure writing, job description maintenance, FLSA audits, affirmative action planning, compensation, and performance management.
