Erald Smith

Erald Smith has a diverse work experience in various industries. Erald started their career at Toyota SA as a Principal Engineer from 2008-2010. Erald then worked at Rotek Engineering Company Limited as a Service Engineer in 2010. After that, they joined Mac Brothers Catering Equipment as a Factory Design and Development Manager from 2011-2017. In 2017, Erald worked as an Innovation Officer at Grand Parade Investments Limited. From 2017-2022, they served as the Managing Director at DroneAnalitix, a drone surveying company. Currently, Erald is working at Agri Technovation South Africa, where they have held multiple roles. From 2018-2019, they were the Head of Geomatics and IT, responsible for driving innovation and product development. Since 2019, they have been the Head of MyFarmWeb and Services, leading strategic development and operational delivery of their innovative platforms. Additionally, Erald holds the role of Head of Digital Technology at Agri Technovation South Africa, where they oversee all aspects of IT and IS to ensure operational excellence and drive innovation.

Erald Smith's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Stellenbosch Business School, which they completed from 2015 to 2017.
