Sandra Beukes

Sandra Beukes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sandra most recently worked as the Head of Recruitment at Agri Technovation (Pty) Ltd since March 2022. Prior to that, they were an Independent Consultant from January 2020 to February 2022. Before becoming an independent consultant, Sandra worked at Capespan SA as a Senior Human Resources Manager from March 2015 to October 2019. Their role involved providing HR products and services to the business and partnering with senior management to maximize performance and support business objectives. Sandra also has extensive experience at Absa, where they held various roles. From 2005 to 2015, they were an HR Business Partner and was responsible for aligning the business strategy with the people strategy and supporting HR projects. Prior to that, they were an HR Generalist from 1995 to 2004, managing all HR functions and providing support to generalists. At the beginning of their career, Sandra worked as a Remuneration Specialist at Absa from 1990 to 1995, providing remuneration advice and conducting research.

Sandra Beukes completed their matric education at Riebeeck High School from 1980 to 1984. Following that, they pursued a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Pretoria, graduating in 1987. Their field of study during this time was Human Resources Management and Services.
