Anna Linder

Anna Linder currently serves as the Process Owner Claims at Agria Djurförsäkring, where responsibilities include the development of claims handling processes, operational standards, KPIs, compliance, and risk management. Previously, Anna was the Country Manager and founder of Agria Eläinvakuutus in Finland, overseeing various operational aspects including HR, partnerships, and regulatory affairs. Prior experience includes leadership roles at If Insurance, where Anna led Nordic business development initiatives, and sales management positions at Finnair and EF Education First, focusing on tour production and youth language courses. Anna holds a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Gothenburg and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lincoln.
