Staci Martin

Staci Martin is an experienced professional in government relations and strategic business development, currently serving as the Director of Government Relations at AgriBank since February 2021. Prior to this role, Martin was the Owner and CEO of Martin+Co, LLC, a consulting firm focused on leadership, strategic development, coaching, advocacy, and public speaking from May 2018 to February 2021. Martin has held several significant positions, including Associate Representative at Thrivent and Vice President of Corporate Engagement at Compeer Financial, where efforts to influence legislative and regulatory affairs were a primary focus. Martin also served as Director of Legislative & Regulatory Affairs at AgStar Financial Services and has a background with the Minnesota Farm Bureau, enhancing grassroots networks and public policy initiatives. Early experience includes an HR Assistant role at Dart Transit Company. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and further education from the University of St. Thomas.
