Janelle Duffy is a seasoned insurance professional currently serving as a Senior Production Underwriter at ARU since April 2024. Prior to this role, Janelle worked as a Senior Program Underwriter at NSM Insurance Group from March 2022 to April 2024 and held the position of Agribusiness Underwriter at Westfield Insurance between January 2018 and March 2022. With a strong foundation built at Nationwide Insurance, Janelle advanced through various roles including Sr. Commercial Farm Underwriter from September 2015 to January 2018, Bond Manager from January 2011 to September 2015, and Commercial Surety Underwriter from September 2006 to December 2010. Janelle's career began at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., where the position held was in West Des Moines, IA from May 2005 to September 2006. Janelle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Simpson College, Indianola, IA, from 2001 to 2005, and graduated from Southern Cal High School in 2001.
