Melanie DiReto

Melanie DiReto, CPA, CMA, CAE, possesses extensive experience in financial management and leadership, currently serving as Executive Director of the Agricultural Adaptation Council since May 2010, with prior roles including Manager of Finance & Administration. Since January 2020, Melanie has also been the CEO of Canlead Solutions and the Chief Financial Officer of the Canadian Food Innovation Network. Previous positions include Financial Analyst at ATS Automation Tooling Systems and Financial Controller at Carbon Steel Canada. Melanie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University, a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from CPA Canada, and a Certified Association Executive designation from CSAE.
