Vivian Kaposambo

Vivian Kaposambo is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent management, organizational development, and strategic human capital management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at the Agricultural Bank of Namibia since May 2023, Vivian also holds the position of Head: People & Culture at Standard Bank Namibia. Previous roles include Human Capital Manager at O&L Leisure Hotels & Lodges, Compensation and Benefits Practitioner at Meatco, and HR Business Partner at Namdeb and Meatco. Vivian's educational credentials include a Master's Degree in People Management from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the Polytechnic of Namibia.
