Rick Berglund started their work experience in 1984 at Control Data, where they held a corporate staff position until 1992. Rick then moved on to Ceridian, where they were the Vice President of Integrated Technologies and oversaw several software start-up ventures until 1998. From 1998 to 2001, Rick was the CEO of FileLink Corporation, a storage management software company. During this time, they raised funds and sold rights to the technology. From 2001 to 2010, Rick worked as a Partner at Metaqua, providing business and strategic planning consulting services. In 2008, they became a Partner at Social Venture Partners until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, Rick served as the VP and General Manager of Restaurant Analytics at DelaGet, LLC. Lastly, since 2016, Rick has been the Chief Financial Officer and VP of Corporate Development at AG Gas, where they are responsible for strategic direction and general management.
Rick Berglund obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Carleton College, which they attended from 1977 to 1981. Rick later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Finance at the University of Minnesota from 1987 to 1990.
