Rosa Batista

Rosa Batista, CPA, serves as the Director of Accounting at Agrify Corp since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles at AYR Wellness Inc. as Director of Financial Reporting and Controls and Accounting Manager for Acquisition Integration, as well as Corporate Senior Accounting Manager. Rosa's career began at Deloitte, where roles included Audit and Assurance Manager and Audit Senior, following an internship. Early experience includes working as an Accounting Assistant at Brigade. Rosa holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University, with a strong background in financial analysis and operational efficiency for a diverse range of clients.
