Carlos Campos has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Agrinos Inc. since January 2013, where responsibilities include the development of manuals, KPIs, recruitment and selection, and providing advisory support in processes and technology. Prior to this role, Carlos worked as an administrator at SOL INT SOFT from January 2009 to January 2013. Carlos holds multiple degrees from UNACH, including a Licenciatura en Administración with a specialization in Gestión del Talento Humano, and a Master in Finanzas.
