Joseph Kasanic

Joseph Kasanic has extensive experience in product development and operations management. Joseph currently holds the position of Global Vice President - Product Development & Operations at Agrisolutions. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as the Vice President - Outdoor Operations PMO at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where they successfully managed the activities and career development of associates and implemented process improvements. Joseph also served as the Vice President - Project Management Office at MTD Products, where they led a global portfolio of projects to drive sales and improve profitability. Joseph has held various managerial positions at MTD Products and Rubbermaid, Inc., where they were involved in product engineering, design, and manufacturing. Joseph Kasanic obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University - School of Engineering in the years 1991 to 1995. Later, from 1997 to 2000, they attended the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance. In addition to their formal education, Joseph has also obtained additional certifications. Joseph completed a course on "Leveraging Virtual and Hybrid Teams for Improved Effectiveness" offered by LinkedIn in August 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the certification of "Registered Engineer in Training" from the State of Ohio in May 1995.
