Marji Guyler-Alaniz is currently the COO of AgriSompo North America and President of AgriSompo International. Prior to this role, Marji held positions in FarmHer, Inc., where Marji was the host of FarmMarji's Talks podcast and SiriusXM show, the host of FarmMarji's the TV Show, and the President and Founder of FarmHer. Marji also has experience in photography and marketing, having owned Marjorie Gayle Photography and worked in various roles at Rain and Hail Insurance, Icon Labs, and Beyond Words Photography. Marji holds a Master of Business Administration from Drake University and a Bachelor's degree from Grand View University in Graphic Design, Photography, and Journalism.
