Mircea Draghici

Mircea Draghici has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mircea is currently the General Manager for Romania at AGRIVI. Prior to this, Mircea was a Founding Partner at Venture Growth Partners, a mentor-driven seed fund and accelerator that invests in technology startups. Mircea also served as an Expert at The Entrepreneurship Academy. Mircea has experience as a Business Owner at Office Dent, a modern dental clinic that they helped grow into a successful business. Mircea has also been a Founding Partner at Science Studies, an NGO that organizes courses and workshops on science and technology. Mircea has worked as a Software IT Architect at IT Business Consultant, where they were responsible for designing software solutions for clients. Mircea co-founded and served as the CEO of docNET Software Solutions, which focuses on building information systems for the healthcare industry. Additionally, Mircea was a Business Owner at Gradina cu Legume, an online marketplace for organic vegetables. Mircea has also held managerial roles at Rocket Internet SE and ISIS M3 - software development. Throughout their career, Mircea has demonstrated expertise in business development, strategy, and operations, and has a strong background in the technology and healthcare sectors.

Mircea Draghici completed their education with several degrees across various institutions. Mircea first attended the American University in Bulgaria from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science. Additionally, during their time at this university, they also completed a second Bachelor's degree in Political Science - International Relations. In 2001, they went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Science and Technology Studies at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they completed in 2003. Following this, they attended Central European University, where they achieved a Master of Science degree in IT Management between 2006 and 2007. Finally, they furthered their education at the same institution, completing a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management from 2007 to 2009.
