Mathew Ndekudugu

Mathew Ndekudugu is an American Airman in the United States Air Force since June 2024. Prior to this role, Mathew served as a Business Analyst at Global PayEX from September 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included assessing client business processes and collaborating with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Mathew held the position of President of the MasterCard Foundation Scholars at Ashesi University from May 2020 to September 2021 and co-led the Developer Student Club at Ashesi University from May 2018 to May 2020. Additionally, Mathew was a Project Lead for the Ashesi Design Lab from December 2017 to January 2019 and participated in an entrepreneurship program at Ashesi University College in July-August 2015, where Mathew's group won the program's competition. Mathew holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Ashesi University, graduated in 2021, and has completed programs at Harvard Business School and The University of Edinburgh in 2019.
