Kaho Cheung has had a long and varied career in the tech industry. Beginning in 1998 with Elefant Traks, where they worked as a Web Designer/Developer and Accounts, they then went on to work as a Graphic/Web Design Tutor at COFA School Of Media Arts from 2000 to 2002. During this time they also worked as a Freelance Web Designer/Developer. From 2002 to 2012 they worked as a Graphic/Web Designer at Fuzzy Events and a Frontend Developer at BITCRAFT. In 2012, they began working as a Thinkspace Tutor at the Powerhouse Museum and a Senior Digital Developer/Producer at the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences. Finally, from 2017 to 2021 they worked as a DX Lab Technical Lead and DX Lab Developer at the State Library of New South Wales, and is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at AgriWebb.

Kaho Cheung attended Fort Street High School and then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Industrial Design at UNSW, majoring in Industrial and Product Design.
