Rui Costa

Rui Costa has extensive work experience in financial management and leadership positions. Rui is currently the Financial Director for Portugal at Americold Logistics, LLC. (formerly AGRO Merchants Group). Prior to this, they served as the Financial Director for Portugal at AGRO Merchants Portugal from 2017 to 2020. Before joining AGRO Merchants, Rui Costa held the role of Board Member & CFO at FRISSUL Entrepostos Frigoríficos, SA from 2008 to 2017 and served as the Administrative and Financial Director from 1996 to 2008. Rui began their career as a Controller at Sofarimex in 1994 and worked as an Auditor at Price Waterhouse from 1991 to 1994.

Rui Costa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Organisation and Management from ISCTE Business School, graduating in 1991. Following this, in 1999-2000, Rui completed a Postgraduate Degree in Taxation at the same institution.

In 2011-2013, Rui pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Control from ISCTE Business School. In 2014, Rui participated in a Management and Leadership Programme at Porto Business School.

Rui also engaged in further executive training throughout their career. From an unspecified time until 2009, Rui received training for Executives in Mergers and Acquisitions at EGP - UPBS. Additionally, in an unspecified period until 2002, Rui completed a Leadership, Change and Organisational Development course at CIDEC. Furthermore, in 2010, Rui participated in a Coaching Clinic course at Conceito O2.
