Ramiro Molina

Ramiro Molina is an experienced sales and regional manager in the agricultural sector, currently serving as a Sales Representative for Agrocentro Guatemala since January 2016, responsible for crop protection, plant nutrition, and seeds in the distribution chain. Previously, Ramiro held roles as Regional Manager of Plant Nutrition and Regional Manager of Seeds for various Central American countries, including Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and parts of Mexico and Belize. Earlier experience includes coordinating regional marketing programs for seeds at DISAGRO, serving as a sales executive in the fertilization division at Transmerquim de Guatemala, and multiple positions at Monsanto focused on sales and marketing of corn seeds. Ramiro's technical background includes providing specialized fertilizer support at Yara Guatemala and academic involvement at Universidad Rafael Landívar, where Ramiro coordinated laboratory units. Ramiro holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad Rafael Landívar and a Master's in Marketing Management from Universidad Mariano Gálvez.
