Ikbal Budi Saputra

Ikbal Budi Saputra is a seasoned HRD Consultant at PT Agrodana since March 2016, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Previously served as Assistant Manager at PT. Kontak Perkasa Futures from April 2014 to January 2015, focusing on staff targeting, handling, and client management. Ikbal also held the position of Human Resources Manager at PT Yanproperti Bandung from July 2013 to February 2014, where responsibilities included recruitment and financial management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology obtained from Universitas Gadjah Mada between 2014 and 2018, as well as education at SMA Indonesia Raya Bandung.
