Adrian C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the agricultural sector and management consulting. Currently serving as Head of the EMEA region at AgroFresh since January 2025, Adrian previously held the role of Chief Transformation Officer at Paine Schwartz Partners from April 2023 to January 2025. Prior to this, Adrian led the Citrus Business at Apeel from June 2020 to April 2023 and worked as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from September 2013 to June 2020. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
