Janne Kettunen

Janne Kettunen is an accomplished director with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Director of Services and Support for ADTRAN since May 2012, Janne oversees customer services and support across the EMEA and APAC regions, managing functions such as service business management, end-to-end service delivery, and profit/loss responsibility. Prior to joining ADTRAN, Janne held various leadership roles at Nokia Siemens Networks from July 2004 to May 2012, including Head of global LTE Technical Support, where responsibilities encompassed new product introduction and network performance management, and Head of Business Management, focusing on software management sales and business development. Janne also served as Service Business Manager and Senior Care Manager, managing the wireline service business and service delivery for the Pan European operator, respectively. Janne's career began at Nokia Networks from 1999 to 2004 as an International Care and Project Manager, overseeing network implementation projects and maintenance services across multiple countries.
