Heidi Gerth

Heidi Gerth has a wide range of work experience in the human resources field. Heidi'smost recent role is as the Head of Human Capital for North America and Global Talent Acquisition at AgroFresh, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Pfizer in various senior roles including Sr Director of Business Operations for Global Vaccines, Sr Director Global HR Lead, Vaccines, HR Lead, Senior Director, HR Operations Director, and Sr HR Consultant. Before Pfizer, Heidi worked at Wyeth as a Sr Trainer / Systems Administrator. Heidi also has experience at Harleysville Insurance as a Training & Development Specialist and at Harleysville as an HR Trainer. Heidi's expertise includes HR strategy, organizational design, talent management, and leadership development.

Heidi Gerth completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 1991 to 1995. Heidi then pursued a Masters in Organizational Development at Teachers College, Columbia University from 1995 to 1996.
