Roland Costa Picazo

Roland Costa Picazo has extensive work experience, starting in 2000 at IRSA where they held the role of Gerente. In 2001, they joined IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones SA as the Gerente Corporativo de Desarrollo Organizacional. Roland stayed with the company until January 2022. In January 2022, they joined Agrofy as the Chief People Officer. Currently, they hold this position.
